We offer a FREE LIFE TIME WARRANTY on all our OTF knives. This warranty covers the iternal spring from any factory defects of your OTF knife and will be fixed for free. Shipping costs and return postage will be the customer's responsibility! A Return postage fee of $5.00 covers shipping and handling costs. The postage fee can be sent in with a US Postal Money Order made out to Black Phantom Tactical, LLC along with your knife or it can paid here online. Please refer to our OTF Knife Care

* There will be a $10.00 cleaning fee if the otf knife spring is not broking and the mechanism has stopped due to poor maintenance and lack of operator care.
